Losing hope that life will get better can be a common theme in the face of deep emotional pain. Finding the strength to reach out for help can feel exhausting. I’m asking you to take a leap of faith and ask for support, whether it be with me or another helper. Healing is always possible and sometimes we need to lean on another person’s strength as we find our way. Therapy will not take your pain away, however, it may help you to transform that pain into hopefulness, finding meaning, and walking a path laced with love, comfort and peace.
